THE MANDANICI COMPANY
The “Mandanici” company is located in C / from Santa Maria di Gesù (just 500 m away from Village Malú) in Castroreale (ME), a medieval town nestled on the Peloritani Mountains, at about 400 meters above sea level, part of the circuit of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The company, with extensive experience in the sector, deals with the milling of olives and the bottling of EVO oil on behalf of third parties. Totally renewed in 2019, it has state-of-the-art, highly technological and innovative systems (Pieralisi patents) that ensure excellent performance and very high quality EVO oil. The centrifugal extraction system continues cold and without adding water, in fact, allows the organoleptic properties of EVO oil to remain unchanged, in line with the taste of consumers, increasingly attentive to genuine and quality products. Particular attention, within the company, is given to water and energy savings, the use of renewable sources and the reuse of by-products, such as pomace and pate. From the company site it is also possible to admire wonderful panoramic views of Castroreale, the Gulf of Patti and the Aeolian islands.
