Private boat trip to Lipari & Vulcano from Milazzo

Departure from Milazzo – Santa Maria Maggiore port (Every day at 09:00 am)

Return to Milazzo – Santa Maria Maggiore port (Around 6:00 pm)

9:00 am – Departure from the tourist port of Santa Maria Maggiore, we will continue under the coast along the promontory of Capo Milazzo to admire the beauties of the territory until we leave Punta Mazza and begin the crossing to the island of Vulcano where we will have the opportunity to observe dolphins and sea turtles.

10.00 am – First stop, swim and relax Punta dell’asino in front of the beautiful, homonymous black sand beach, possibility to swim or snorkel or simply relax.

10:45 am – We will resume navigation below the coast at low speed to admire the extraordinary beauty of the wildest part of the island of Vulcano, we will admire the lighthouse, the enchanting beach of Gelso and then continue towards Punta Mortaro, stop in the most interesting and full of charm of the west coast: Grotta del Cavallo and Piscina di Venere (possibility to take a dip and snorkel in the splendid waters surrounding the cave).

12.00 – Arrival at the Port, stop of 1h and 30min. Opportunity to visit the small but comfortable village of Vulcano, the sulphurous mud area or take a quick branch in one of the many bars in the port area.

1.30 pm – Departure for the island of Lipari with (swim stop in the wonderful waters of the pumice quarries and the neighbouring White Beaches).

15.00 – We will continue to the fishing port of Marina Corta, a stop of 1 hour and 30min where you can visit the largest and largest inhabited Centre of the archipelago. The town will impress visitors because it is full of small shops full of typical Aeolian souvenirs. (Opportunity for shopping). There is no shortage of cultural attractions (the Castle, the museum, the necropolis, the historic Centre)

4.45 pm – Departure from the port of Lipari and return to the office. (Duration of navigation 1h 15min. Approximately).

* Times, bathroom stops, transfers, may be subject to changes due to adverse marine weather or other causes not dependent on the will of the organization. It will therefore be at the discretion of the captain to decide and inform you about the change of program during the excursion. Any impossibility of carrying out the complete program does not give the right to reductions or reimbursement of the agreed price.

N.B to reach the 4 Islands of Panarea, Stromboli, Alicudi and Filicudi it will takes between 2/3 hours by boat. We usually recommend going to the first 3 Islands Vulcano, Lipari and Salina for a day trip to not waste a lot of time on transportation.

 

DEPARTURE & RETURN

We meet 20 minutes before departure at our stand at the entrance of the marina of Santa Maria Maggiore. Parking is possible within the blue lines on the side of the road for a fee.
