Description
Activities on the Miller’s Farm. A Farm immerse in the nature of the Fondacarso district respecting the environment and animals. The visit includes the daily activities of the Farmer/Miller from: the cultivation of vegetables, fruit and vegetables, to the grinding the wheat, from the production of flower and pasta to care of pets.
The experience is available everyday at 10:30am to 14.30pm & 17:30pm to 21:30pm.
* We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the visit
Itinerary:
- Arrival at the company and presentation
- Visit the animals (Pigs and chickens) to feed them
- Egg collection
- Visit to the vegetable garden and fruit trees with harvest of vegetables and seasonal fruits (Courgettes, aubergines, tomatoes, peaches, lemons, orange, figs etc…)
- Wheat selection cleaning and grinding (gluten free wheat also available)
- Preparation of handmade pasta
- Preparation of the meal with the products collected previously
- Testing of what has been prepared (Lunch or Dinner)
