THE MAGIC OF WINES
The route begins in the entrance where we are pleased to
show more than twenty varieties of our vineyards and the
introduction to the techniques of cultivation recounting
“The magic of the vines.”

VINIFICATION
After visiting the lobby, we move into the vinification plant
where its modern technology has led experts to merit our high
technology – “the Ferrari of oenology.”
We continue to explore our equipment and the delicate
processes that transform the must into wine.

BOTTLING
The must is ready for its final capacity. We will explain the
important, though seemingly simple, practicalities of bottling.
It will be possible to discover the delicate steps carried out
with extreme synchrony and attention to details which allow
you to preserve the elegance and quality of the product.
The Cambria Winery in bottling phase adopts great modernity
to produce high quality wine.

BARRELS AND BARRIQUES
“The cradle of the winery”. Here the wines are resting, evolving and
becoming the sublime nectar that accompanies and enhances the
dishes of the culinary traditions or simply a moment of pleasant
leisure near the fireplace.“

THE GALLERY
“The story of Cambria”. The route will continue in our gallery. Here we
go through the centuries-old relationship with wine Cambria family,
telling old stories made of hard work and love which lie behind our labels.

THE WINE TASTING
“Exploring the world of Cambria”. The Cambria Wine Tour will conclude
with a guided tasting. We provide guidelines to our guests on wine
appreciation – color, smell and taste of our wine and we offer them
with traditional local cuisine.

The experience is available everyday at 09:00am to 13.00pm & 15:30pm to 18:30pm.
