The main entrance is via a lavish entrance hall with high vaulted ceiling. To the left, a welcoming open-plan living and dining area, a table comfortably seating eight, comprising a cozy lounge area with a comfy sofa and smart TV. An adjacent office area offers a peaceful place for those who need to catch up on work or read a book. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare delicious meals and drinks for your group. A door divides the living space from a bathroom and laundry room and leads you to villa’s spa area. Indulge a steam room and a large emotional shower.
The central marvelous white staircase with its own pieces of Sicilian arts leads from the living area to the first floor, where there are three spacious double bedrooms. The first floor is accessed via an impressive modern hallway and glass staircase situated centrally. A corridor leads to the three double bedrooms; The master bedroom features a king size-bed, a sleek ensuite with both a shower and tub, a walk-in wardrobe, and direct access to the shared terrace with a sitting area where you can admiring stunning sea views of the Aeolian Islands. Each of the two additional bedrooms also has their own king-size beds ensuite shower rooms.
Step outside into the villa’s extensive private garden has beautiful palms surrounded by the tranquil countryside and a direct access to the outdoor private pool, jacuzzi and outside kitchen. The pool area is equipped with eight sun loungers, thirteen deck chairs, one rocking chair, three umbrellas and side tables, where you can relax and enjoy the warm weather. Here you will also find an outdoor shower. The garden is not over-looked by any other property, therefore as well as soaking up the sun, you can revel in the luxury of total privacy.
The covered outside kitchen has its own outdoor WC and is equipped with a Pizza oven, cooking hob and barbecue for alfresco dining. A large table accommodates twelve people for dining and relaxing outdoors, where you can admire the stunning Sicilian sunset every night along with some tasty local food and wine!
Conveniently located, Villa Panarea is a perfect base for visiting some of the most beautiful Sicilian’s spots such as: Tindari, Milazzo, Capo D’Orlando, Taormina, Cefalù, Catania and the Europe’s tallest active volcano, Mount Etna. Not far away are the beaches of Tonnarella and Baia del Tono Milazzo. Just a little drive away, the Port of Milazzo serves as you gateway to the UNESCO world heritage Aeolian Islands, such as Lipari, Vulcano, Salina, Panarea, Alicudi, Filicudi and Stromboli, famous for its active volcano. The villa is a short distance from the nearest grocery store, coffee shop and town centre. Here, you’ll find restaurants, bars, and shops offering a taste of local Sicilian life.
