Step inside an Ancient Sicilian Mill dating back to 1860
Meet the local miller and uncover the fascinating history of the family’s centuries-old mill. Learn about traditional grain milling and how it has been preserved through generations.

Hands-On Pasta Making Experience
Dive into the art of authentic pasta making:

• Choose from seven varieties of ancient Sicilian grain flours
• Feel the textures and aromas of each grain
• Pour your selected grain into the historic mill and watch it transform into fresh flour
• Experience the traditional sifting process to remove bran

Watch a live demonstration of mixing flour and water using a traditional pasta machine, then:

• Select your preferred pasta shape
• Cut your pasta by hand using classic techniques

Cook & Enjoy Your Creation
Cook and enjoy your creation. Prepare your handmade pasta, then sit down to a delicious meal whether for lunch or dinner featuring your own dish, accompanied by a glass of wine or a soft drink.

Live Sicilian Music Experience
End your experience with vibrant live Sicilian music, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax, eat, and celebrate local culture.

The experience is available everyday at 10:30am to 14.30pm & 17:30pm to 21:30pm.
